The end of summer was a busy time for H2GLASS outreach activities. Communication partner Steinbeis Europa Zentrum was out and about to spread the word about H2GLASS objectives and activities, met different stakeholders from industry and research, and connected with the A.SPIRE community.
hy-fcell International Expo and Conference, 13 – 14 September 2023, Stuttgart
At the hy-fcell International Expo and Conference, H2GLASS participated in discussions with hydrogen experts from both research and industry sectors. Notably, two project partners, Fraunhofer IWU and Steinbeis Europa Zentrum, were actively involved in the event.
Steinbeis Europa Zentrum’s support for the Women In Green Hydrogen (WiGH) network was a highlight. This aligns with H2GLASS’s commitment to gender mainstreaming in hydrogen technology. The project garnered attention at the WiGH booth and speaker’s corner, drawing interest for its ambitious goals and diverse consortium.
A.SPIRE / Processes4Planet Partnership Project’s Forum, 20 September 2023, Brussels
In Brussels, H2GLASS participated in the A.SPIRE / Processes4Planet Partnership project’s forum. The project coordinator, Chiara Caccamo, presented H2GLASS during the thematic session on decarbonisation. Attending the forum emphasised the importance of networking and collaboration with parallel projects to overcome common barriers. It also stressed the need to stay connected with umbrella organisations for potential future investments.
Learning from completed projects that have successfully brought their technologies to market was another key takeaway from the event. This will be crucial for H2GLASS partners who are planning to commercialise their technologies within or after the project duration.
Attending these fairs and events was also a great time to showcase the new H2GLASS flyers and rollup.
