HyInHeat and H2GLASS demonstrating the transformative potential of hydrogen | Sustainable Industrial Manufacturing (SIM) Conference, 21.- 22. November

H2Glass was presented at the Sustainable Industrial Manufacturing (SIM) Conference taking place online from 21. to 22. November by consortium partner Christian Leroy, Director of Innovation at European Alumninium.

Christian presented the transformative potential of hydrogen and its important impact in the aluminium melting process by reflecting on two key collaboration projects, HyInHeat and H2GLASS. It was an insightful talk on the transformative potential of hydrogen in advancing the decarbonization of high-energy-intensive industries.

The SIM Conference supports and facilitates the global transition towards cleaner manufacturing. It brings together senior executives from along the supply chain, across the FIVE hard-to-abate sectors cement, steel, aluminium, glass and chemicals industries.
